Community involvement
Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.
School Reference Group -SRG
The SRG provides an important community voice, helping ensure the school’s academic, cultural and wellbeing programs are relevant and respectful.
Through the SRG (and AECG), the school can draw on local Aboriginal knowledge, perspectives, and community needs — which helps tailor education not just academically, but socially and culturally.
It helps build trust and partnership between families/elders/community and school staff, which supports better student engagement, attendance, identity affirmation, and learning outcomes.
