Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Walgett Community College Primary School, proudly serving the Walgett Community for over 150 years.
We are a Connected Community school and work in collaboration with our local Aboriginal Education Consultative Group and School Reference Group to achieve strong wellbeing and academic outcomes for all children.
At Walgett Community College Primary School, we believe every child deserves to feel a true sense of belonging in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where they are valued, respected, and encouraged to grow both academically and personally.
We are committed to working together with you to ensure your child reaches their personal best. Your partnership is vital in this journey, and together we will celebrate every achievement, overcome challenges, and foster a love of learning.
Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s education. We look forward to working with you in partnership over the years ahead, filled with learning, growth, safety, and community spirit.
